From bad to worse in 5 easy steps
I had the illuminous idea to do a ninja painting as a present for someone.
Since i'm a noob on the painting with brushes and acrylics front, i was in for a challenge.
I was feeling good untill i realized the colors weren't opaque (first pic) so my little grey brainmatter thought it would be a good idea to pull out some Montana spraypaint and doing the outlines with a Posca marker over the acrylics.
While working on it, it went smoother than freshly powdered babycheeks untill....
Yes when the paints dried, it crackled like crazy (second pic).
It's a good look but not intended as a gift to someone.
This was again a brilliant case of trial & error in full effect.
Onto the next one :)
