Spinnin x Kwills painting

Yesterday night (april 11, 2009) was the Spinnin' party where i did some live painting.
Lots of good tunes and a nice vibe of all that attended.

I painted/remixed Barong only using Posca Markers and a small bit of gouache paint.
Gave him some adidas superstar shoes and stacked some records on his back to give props to all the DJs for their fine tunes.
The smoke coming from him is just because everyone was on fire!
Had a great time and i am definitely up again for some live painting.

Sketch 2

Did this ballpoint sketch during lunchbreak at work. Flow and proportions are better but still imperfect somehow.
Let's see what tomorrow brings :)

Girl sketch part I

Needed to get into drawing females again and while i was mindlessly browsing around the web i came across a colleague's site with pictures of her on it.
One pic stood out amongst the rest so i asked her if i was allowed to use it.
This is just a sketch i drew up, still not sure about lots of things like the pose, flow and background.
It's a start anyway ;), it'll be interesting to see what the development will be.
