Marc Ecko x Star Wars

I was at work today when one of the big guns from the head-office who was visiting for a few days to help us with the inventory, let me in on something pretty dope.

Marc Ecko has teamed up with George Lucas for the new Marc Ecko Cut and Sew collection to bring some dope designs.
And since i know there are some StarWars-fans here, i thought you might appreciate this:

Ik was vandaag op het werk toen een van de bazen van het hoofdkantoor die ons hielp met inventariseren, mij cools liet zien.

My only thought is how much time does one actually need to get it right? ;)

Also today, finished my weekend sketching for the kids at the Taptoe Reader's weekend.
Loads of animals were drawn and some characters from the comic.
I think i need to step up my game of drawing animals, there were pretty cool ideas from the kids too.
Too bad i couldn't scan any of them because some sketches turned out really great.
Most important thing was that everybody had fun!

Yes, i've succumbed to starting a weblog.
Simply because i don't want to clutter my website with small messages, interesting links, stories and upcoming events.

But nonetheless, welcome to my small and humble space on the internet.
I will try to keep this updated as much as possible but it could that it could take a while because there's an outside world i run around in physically.

For instance this weekend i will be at the Beekse Bergen doing sketches for Taptoe Magazine.

And most of the other time, i'm just browsing the web, sketching ideas and painting some t-shirts like this one i finished 2 weeks ago:

Other interests are sneakers, artbooks, music and movies.

I bought the latest Pictoplasma book last week and was flipping through it today when i came across Guy McKinley's art.

Totally amazing, just take a peek.
