Head on over to Lacebag for an interview with yours truly about memory-lane, sneakers, art/design and random chatter.
Excellent excercise in learning Dutch though.

Jago & Barras inner workings

It's an interview with Mr Jago by BBC Blast from a few years ago but art is timeless.
I always enjoy artists working and seeing their different techniques

And another interview together with Will Barras for OnPoint.be from 2008.
It gives an good idea what goes around in an artist's head and what they're dealing with.
Pretty recognizable i'd say.

Study of skate

This is one of the coolest adaptations of skateboards and its elements.
It varies from clocks to chairs to coffee-tables and more.

Mr Tee

While looking for shorts in my closet i came across some t-shirts i designed years ago.
All but one are screenprinted, the other one is handpainted.
Check it.

Before 'Kwills' existed i ran the name 'Tech-Math' which is short for 'Technical Mathletics' (Technical because of the pens i used and Mathletics for Mathemathics & Athletics in one (Math is basic to everything and Athletics for the t-shirts/apparel)).

This is one is from the last series i did in 2002, the Bassplayer.

This one was the t-shirt in 2000, a little play on the word 'frostbite'.
My logo for the time was a polarbear which stems from the first comicstrips i did and it just developed into a design/logo.

In 2001 i did the Mecha-series of which this one was for the men.

Somewhere i think in 2006 i did the Robodunk-design for B.Bot Defence Systems Inc.

And i handpainted this 'Kwills Inkpot' in 2008 using stencils, fun stuff.

Shoot, scan & pay bills

Yesterday i was shooting some photos for my portfolio and as always i ended up with more different shots then intended.
T-shirts are handpainted using stencils and fabric paint which reminds me to do some more again. It's always proper fun to do :)
